S&W Organic Organic Black Beans, $7.79

This versatile ingredient is a good source of plant-based protein, and adds an earthy flavor to soups. Just drain, rinse, and add.

Kirkland Signature Organic Maple Syrup, $10.79

As we get deeper into the colder months, this is my secret ingredient in pumpkin and squash soups for a subtly sweet flavor.

Della Organic Brown Basmati Rice, $10.89

Nutty brown rice is great for bulking up broths to make a chicken and rice soup or an earthy mushroom and rice soup.

Kirkland Signature Organic Tomato Sauce, $8.79

This tomato sauce is so full of flavor that I’ve found I don’t need to add as many seasonings to tomato-based soups.

Kirkland Signature Organic Quinoa, $10.89

This is delicious and a great deal for the price. Bonus, it’s triple washed already so you can skip the rinsing.

Culinary Treasures Organic Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth, $10.89

This is flavorful without being too salty, and I appreciate that all the ingredients are easily recognizable.
