TJ’s has so many great finds for a quick, nearly instant dinner. Here are @BlackGirlsInTraderJoes’s top 10 picks for the best frozen dinner finds at Trader Joe’s.

Mandarin Orange Chicken, $4.99

I always pair this glorious bag of sauce-coated chicken pieces with the frozen vegetable fried rice. Here’s a tip: Making this chicken in the air fryer is the ultimate life hack.

Breaded Fried Ravioli, $3.99

This St. Louis favorite is new to the TJ’s frozen section. It also works when served as an appetizer and paired with marinara sauce. If you want a little kick, pair it with the spicy Arrabiata sauce for dipping!

Chicken Tikka Masala, $3.99

I love this robust tomato curry, which smothers the chicken atop a cumin basmati rice. When I want to take it to another level I wrap the contents into a tortilla along with some veggies.

Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, $3.99

These par-cooked pasta nests are frozen separately from the pepper and cheese sauce, but everything comes together in minutes when you sauté it. Honestly, it tastes homemade.

Taste au Brie et aux Tomatoes Flatbread, $3.99

Out of all the frozen “pizzas” that TJ’s has to choose from, I love this simple-yet-fancy version. The crispy crust is topped with melted Brie and tomatoes and it’s pretty much all I need.

Gnocchi al Gorgonzola, $3.99

This super-cheesy gnocchi version doesn’t get the love it deserves, so I’m giving it a shoutout. I love adding a bag to the Organic Creamy Tomato Soup for a whole different spin.

Thai Shrimp Gyoza, $4.99

Every single time I buy these, I get home and immediately cook the entire bag. They’re light, flavorful, and so poppable. I like to pair them with TJ’s Sweet Chili Sauce for the perfect combo.

Mac ’n Cheese, $2.99

Whether you’re eating it as an entire meal or a side dish, this four-cheese classic is a freezer must-have. There are a bunch of other macs, but this one gets my vote!

Roasted Corn, $2.49

I add mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, and Everything But The Elote seasoning and pair it with some tortilla chips and we’re in business. It’s totally dinner.

Cauliflower Gnocchi, $2.79

What is a frozen food list at Trader Joe’s without Cauliflower Gnocchi on it? There’s a reason it sells out pretty much the second it hits shelves — there are so many ways to make it.
