Garlic butter steak bites are everything you love about a steakhouse steak, with none of the work. These pieces of steak get cooked in a gorgeous garlic butter that’s built in the same pan the steak is cooked in. Here’s how you can make them!
Melt 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium high-heat.
Add the steak cubes and sear until browned, flipping them halfway through, 6 to 8 minutes total.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and ½ tsp of black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
Remove from the heat and garnish with the parsley.
